At ZynoSabers, every saber is carefully inspected and tested before shipment to ensure flawless performance. Most orders are delivered within 10–14 business days from the date of purchase. Because our sabers contain advanced electronics, each unit undergoes quality testing before dispatch. During sale periods or high-volume seasons, delivery times may extend slightly.

Where Your Order Ships From

To provide fast and reliable delivery, most orders ship from our United States warehouse. If a specific model is temporarily unavailable in the U.S., it may be shipped from our manufacturing partner overseas. If this affects delivery time, our team will notify you in advance.

Estimated Delivery Times

Premium Xenopixel V3, Proffie, and XRGB sabers are typically delivered within 10–15 business days. During sale events or high-demand periods, shipments may be delayed by 1–2 weeks. If tracking shows “Delivered” but the package is not found, please check with your local post office or confirm with neighbors or household members.

Shipping Cost

For a limited time, free shipping is available on orders over $99 within the United States.

International Orders & Customs

For international shipments, customs duties or import taxes are the responsibility of the customer. If customs clearance is not completed within the required timeframe, return shipping fees will be charged to the customer. If the parcel is returned or destroyed due to non-clearance, a deduction of up to 50% of the total order value may apply.

Returns & Refunds Policy

Important Notice

Please do not send returns to the address printed on the shipping label. Contact our support team at support@zynosabers.com to receive the correct return instructions.

Returning a Product

To request a refund, the product must be returned in its original condition. Once shipped, email the return receipt to support@zynosabers.com. After the item is received and inspected, refunds are processed within 24 hours.

Defective or Damaged Items

If you receive a defective or damaged product, email us within 30 days of delivery with clear photos and a video showing the issue. Replacement parts will be shipped promptly at no cost. If you choose not to receive replacement parts and prefer a return, the return shipping cost will be the customer’s responsibility.

Incorrect Item Received

If an incorrect product is delivered, we take full responsibility. We will cover return shipping and offer either a full refund or a replacement with the correct item.

Partial Refund Conditions

Partial refunds may apply if the item is returned in used condition, damaged, missing parts, or returned more than 30 days after delivery.

Order Not Received

If tracking does not update or remains stuck for more than 10 days, please contact support@zynosabers.com and our team will assist until your order is resolved.

99-Day Money-Back Guarantee

If you change your mind, you may return your unused saber within 99 days of delivery to qualify for a money-back guarantee. Please get in touch with support before returning the item.

Exchanges or Replacements

If you wish to replace or return a product due to personal preference, you must request this within 30 days of delivery. The item must be unused and in its original packaging. The customer is responsible for return shipping and a $20 processing fee applies.

Refund Processing Time

Refunds are initiated within 36 hours after confirmation via email. Funds may take 5–15 business days to appear in your account, depending on your payment provider. Payment processing fees from PayPal or credit/debit cards are non-refundable. If the refund is not received within 15 days, please contact your bank and notify us.

Missing Item Policy

If any item is missing from your package, you must notify us within 10 days of delivery. Claims made after this period cannot be accepted. Please email support@zynosabers.com
